Customized nutrition and fitness plans and wellness coaching
Health professionals agree that good nutrition promotes good health. Dr. Loree can assist you to create a plan to meet your goals. Your plan considers your values and your strengths to make behavior change for lasting results. We base our coaching services in current behavior change science and positive psychology. You achieve more than you ever thought possible when supported by a coach who uncovers your strengths and determination. Dr. Loree completed her wellness coach training with Wellcoaches.com, an affiliate of, and endorsed by, the American College of Sports Medicine.
12 Week Nutrition and Fitness Plan
Baseline measurements and body composition are taken. Resting metabolic rate is determined and a plan formulated in regarding to energy expenditure and caloric requirements. Food intake and exercise schedules are monitored on a weekly basis (30 min weekly appointment).
Monthly Maintenance
Continued weekly monitoring after completing the 12 week plan.
Body Composition
A one-time body composition report with caloric requirements and recommendations.
Wellness Coaching
Creation of your wellness vision, goal setting, recognizing and mitigating obstacles and developing support systems to insure success. Weekly appointments are 45 minutes and can be held in person or via telephone. 12 week minimum commitment.
