Dr. Loree Pinnavaia is a doctor of chiropractic with a passion for helping patients and athletes feel and function at their best. Dr. Pinnavaia founded Equilibrio Pilates and Spine Care in 2004 in order to create a unique environment for healing and mind-body fitness. With over 20 years experience, she has developed a unique blend of therapy, combining her extensive training in functional biomechanics, sports injuries and performance enhancement. Even before graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in 1991, she lead people of all abilities in fitness and core strengthening techniques. She is a certified Active Release Technique (ART) provider. She also holds certifications as a Health/Fitness Instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine, and as a Pilates Rehabilitation Practitioner by Polestar Pilates Education. Dr Pinnavaia is a Fellow of Applied Functional Science from the renowned Gray Institute of Functional Transformation, an innovator in functional and manual techniques to assess,train and rehabilitate patients and athletes. She completed her Wellness Coach training with Wellcoaches.com, affiliated and endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine.
Dr. Pinnavaia has designed a thorough, multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. The goal of this approach is to provide patients with immediate improvements in their health and wellbeing. She is an avid fitness enthusiast and lives in Los Gatos with her husband and two daughters.
Adrienne Robinson is a personal trainer, nutrition educator and coach, and group exercise instructor. She started in the fitness industry in 1982 as an aerobics instructor and has evolved into lifestyle coach, leading people through their personal journey of fitness and wellness. She has a masters degree in exercise physiology, certified by ACSM and ACE, as well as certified in yoga and Pilates.
She has worked in the corporate and commercial settings, in addition to being a faculty member in the community college educational system. She has been providing services to a wide array of people with varying experiences, skill levels, abilities, and needs for more than 25 years.
She believes in providing a healthy balance in one's life between physical, emotional, and mental health - family, play, work, and exercise.
Alayne Coffey completed her Pilates certification with Peak Pilates. Her extensive dance background has provided her with optimum body awareness in herself and with her clients. Her passion for movement inspired her to seek a career in fitness. Alayne continues to grow her knowledge in functional fitness and orthopedic therapeutic exercise. She is Equilibrio’s front desk and customer service manager and is always glad to help with a smile.
Gina Sigillo has been practicing Pilates for over seven years. She came to Equilibrio Pilates & Spine Care as a client and was inspired by the strengthening, healing and rejuvenating aspects of Pilates to become an instructor. In 2008, she completed her Pilates Mat Certification with Power Pilates. Gina continues to refine her movement science skills by incorporating functional fitness and knowledge of functional, efficient human movement. Gina graduated with a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management where she was able to work in the sports arena for over six years. She has a competitive background in playing and coaching volleyball.
Stacee graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics in 1995. She is currently expanding her knowledge and perceptions in nutrition as a student at Bauman College: Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts and is a an active member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. She also holds certifications through The American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Specialist and Cancer Exercise Trainer, and a Fitness Therapist Certification through the International Sports Science Association. Stacee recognizes that people are unique and require an individualized approach to achieve their ideal nutrition and fitness goals. She has been in the nutrition and fitness industry for over 11 years, and believes working with people holistically, by looking at the whole person, considering lifestyle, emotional and physical issues, and their diet is the key to achieving optimal health.
