All sessions are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Private Pilates Sessions
A one-on-one session with you and one instructor. You will utilize Pilates equipment (Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair and Ladder Barrel) and possibly incorporate free weight training into your session. Private sessions are recommended for beginners and people who would like to enhance the depth of their practice. A minimum of three private sessions is required before enrolling in group equipment classes. By appointment only. Packages available.
Pilates Duet Session
A duet session is two people with one instructor. You will utilize the Pilates equipment (Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair and Ladder Barrel) and possibly incorporate free weight training into your session. This is a great solution for two people who would like to work out together. It is best if you book this with another person. We do some pairing up, but find it best if you choose your partner. By appointment only. Packages available.
In a semi-private session, you are matched up with two or three other people. You will utilize the Pilates equipment (Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair and Ladder Barrel) and possibly incorporate free weight training into your session. Although this is a group session, it is still individualized to your specific needs and goals. We can help find participants for a semi-private but works best with friends with similar goals. You (and your group) schedule a time that's convenient for you. By appointment only. Packages available.
Personal and Group Fitness Training
Train fun and smart. We combine aerobic exercise and strength training in high intensity intervals (HIIT). Anyone can and should train this way after establishing a fitness base. Research has found that high intensity training can boost your metabolism and burn more calories all day long. Building muscle in this way can make your cells more sensitive to insulin and drive your hormone balance to a more youthful state. We guide you through it with full body movements that are designed so you stay injury free. Okay... This might not always be fun, but it is an anti-aging bazooka.
We offer a wide variety of small group classes (7 participants maximum).

Pilates for Osteoporosis
A specialized program to enhance bone density safely and effectively through the use of appropriate Pilates exercises and free weights. Please bring any DEXA reports and/or X-ray studies you may have.
Bridal Boot Camp
We will create a special package for you to get ready for your big day. Any bridal party members interested? Great, turn it into a group event and share the costs. If you have no Pilates experience, we will give you three private sessions to prepare you for group classes, then unlimited use in group classes for four months before your wedding. This is at a fixed monthly expense to insure you get serious results. Want to combine this with nutrition services? Just let us know. There are endless possibilities.
