students Pilates Mat Class Stretch your muscles while strengthening your core. Attention to breath, precision, flow, focus and alignment combine to give you a balanced work out. Small props such as the foam roller, stability ball or rotating discs may be incorporated. Mat classes are open to all levels.
Intro to Pilates Equipment
This is a 5-week progressive series of equipment classes designed to introduce you to Pilates principles and the equipment. After completing this series you can enroll in other group equipment classes (upon instructor approval). Group Reformer
The instructor will guide up to 6 participants through a series of controlled Pilates exercises on the Reformer. You focus on the way you use your muscles and breath to achieve the greatest precision and power. You are left feeling long, lean and strong. We offer levels 1, 2, and 3, beginning to advanced. We require a minimum of 3 private sessions before enrolling in group reformer classes. Pilates Circuit
Once you feel comfortable working somewhat self-sufficiently you may enjoy the Pilates Circuit class. You will be moved through stations involving Pilates equipment (Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel and Mat). This is great way to get a wide variety of exercises on different apparatus. This class can be moderate to advanced, depending on the variations you choose at each station.
Pilates Fitness Chair
We use a new design of the Pilates Chair in a synergized heart-pumping, music-driven fitness fusion workout. Over 100 traditional Pilates exercises put to music in an energetic group class on the Pilates chair. Level 2. Muscle in Motion
Tap your inner strength. This class adds weights and body bars to functional, Pilates-inspired movements. Work on balance, core strength, and flexibility while firming up to the body you dream of! Strengthen and lengthen muscles more efficiently by combining fluid, large muscle Pilates-inspired standing weight training with work on the Pilates reformer. Get your best Pilates body in half the time. Level 2 and up. Reformer ‘N’ Run
We pair a 30 minute Pilates Reformer Class with a 30 minute run on the Los Gatos Creek Trail. A multi-taskers delight. This class leaves you energized and invigorated. Level 2 and up.
Men’s Group Reformer
A group reformer class for men with a focus on athleticism and strength for sports performance. No frills here, just sweat, period. Three private sessions required prior to enrollment in group equipment classes. Zumba Dance Fitness
