Julie Bradley, Pilates Instructor and Fitness Proffesional
Julie Bradley, B.S. Kinesiology, is trained in Pilates through Balanced Body and advancing her training through the Polestar Pilates - Rehabilitation and Fitness Series. She has dedicated 35 years to the Fitness, Health & Wellness Industry as a business owner, Fitness Instructor, Educator and Trainer of Instructors. Her passion to help others use proper body mechanics, and improve posture, alignment, flexibility, and strength, led her to the wonderful world of Pilates.
Julie's degree and understanding of movement mechanics from her years of training fitness instructors, dance, and gymnastics (competitor and coach), allow her to help clients do the right exercises to gain maximum benefit, reduce injuries, restore movement and improve posture. No matter what your age, abilities or fitness level, Julie will consider your goals and tailor your Pilates and fitness experience to meet your specific needs.
Julie teaches our Firm & Burn HIIT classes, Reformer classes and other specialty classes and is available for private sessions.
